Comfort

Of course we started with the most important bit - comfy sofas. Out went the thin, uncomfortable, plastic school chairs and in came plump cushions and luxurious fabrics. Air conditioning came next along with large TV's not only in our waiting room but ceiling mounted in the consultation rooms so you can continue watching during your appointment. Specially designed chairs that prevent the need to shuffle back once reclined are another example of the small details we've considered.
