Do not trust this business with your valuables

Horrible experience I would give zero stars if I could. David is one of the least trustworthy people I have ever had the displeasure of handing a watch to. When things went wrong this man lied to the extent that I can only assume he can no conscience at all. Never in 15 years of watch collecting have I ever encountered someone who conducts themselves in such a dishonest way. After entrusting my Rolex watch with David for a replacement crystal after it had smashed. David said it would be a few weeks and stated rightly that there would likely be some small scratches on the dial which is normal and I accepted that. What followed was nothing short of the worst customer service I have ever received. Firstly the watch was just popped casually into a brown paper envelope with nothing preventing the glass getting knocked further which would cause significant additional damage to the dial of the watch.
