Appalling experience with this firm. They said they would charge a certain amount as a pre-payment at first meeting then charged double with no explanation. When contemplating suicide they said "we can do a will for you". Made a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and instead of awaiting outcome, decided to go ahead with a claim for fees allegedly owed (three figures).
