Not going to this garage ever
I had Mot+Service done here for past 2 yrs & each time was made to pay on top of mot+service for trivial things.This year post Mot+S,they failed my mot & quoted me 750£ for repairs.I asked for quote from a diff garage,took my car with me,fixed those errors from diff garage & saved myself 300£.On arranging an appmnt for re-MOT in 2 days with this garage which is free of charge the person realized i had performed fixes elsewhere.After I reached he asked me to come back with paper copy of the prev mot report that i didnt had as he never told it would be reqd while arranging appmnt.I said I had to cancel my office appmnt to come but he was not ready to check mot details in his system OR GOV site that I opened in my phone,but insisted only paper copy in COVID-19 times.I realised I had wasted my time & he behaved this way as I got fixes done from diff place & had nothing to earn from me for reMOT.I think I would've lost some money previous 2 yrs too.This is my exp as 3 time return customer.
