Avoid for your sanity

Jamal sold me a car that had an engine fault within a week. Sent me to his car garage Stony Stratford Auto Centre to be fixed that he owns and they didn't do the work!!! They sent me away after clearing the fault codes and were waiting for the light to come back on which with the fault my car had, it doesn't always come back on immediately. Probably to avoid paying £900+ for a high pressure fuel pump. I was also sold a car with the wrong tyres. Minis are supposed to have run flat tyres and my 2 front tyres were not. 3 months later finally he paid for the repair but had also asked me to pay towards some of the fees because it was out of warranty!! Then a couple of weeks later other faults arose making the car not drivable and he has refused to pay despite the law guidance I received from Citizens advice which is under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. So the car needs £1700 of new repair work and he has refused to pay or use ADR scheme. He has other failed companies with bad reviews
