Poor work

A mr Gregory Mulligan and a BarrybWinter worked on my roof and this is part of a survey report: Although there is no documentation associated with the contract between the Claimant and Defendant, it appears from my understanding as to the scope of the works agreed between the Claimant and Defendant that this was of a simple nature involving removing and relaying roof tiles to the front roof slope of the Claimant’s Property to facilitate replacement of the roof underlay lining and to undertake other particularised roof repairs. There is nothing abnormal or unduly complicated in respect of these works. 6.02 The works are in my opinion incomplete in that these did not extend to a sufficient height up to the ridge nor to the extremities of the roof. The rendered fillet at the roof step on the left hand side of the front roof slope remains unchanged.
