Penny Alterskye studied Reflexology through Temple Academy Reflexology in Milton Keynes in conjunction with London City and Guilds. Since qualifying, she has completed further study in Reflexology by attending Expanded Reflexology CPD classes also through Temple Academy Reflexology, to further enhance her skills. She is qualified in RLD which is a Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage qualification, taught by Sally Kay.

Penny is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, the Reiki Federation and the CNHC for both Reiki and Reflexology.

She qualified as a Reiki Master teacher in 2010 and has been working as a Reiki Master Practitioner, and teaching Reiki, ever since. She teaches all levels of Reiki from Level 1 through to Teacher and she has recently developed a Crystal Reiki Certificate course too.
